Firstly I'd just love to thank everyone who ordered commissions from me! It was a huge help during this hard time, and I really appreciate it! They are still open if you'd like to have a look. Just scroll down to the "Art Info" box and take a look!

So, yes, a few of you already know, but I did find work. I'm designing sets and costumes for a theater called The Bijou in CT, which, while very exciting, I'm not getting paid upfront for. Instead they are going to use me as their in-house artist and advertise for me around the state, so this obviously means that the income I'm making is still coming from commissions. They are open and I'll be taking them hopefully all summer!

I apologize if I've seemed inactive the past few days, I was DJing a wedding for a little extra money. I'd never done one before but it was my family's so I gave it a go. Pretty fun. But anyways the reason I was gone was because my home became the B&B of my cousins. Not bad, but I had no time to work.

At any rate. I work from 9 to 4:30 every weekday. Odds are I won't be getting any messages until around 5 pm. A job is a job right?

So here's the deal. I can't find work, I have no way of making money, and my whole family is really suffering right now with this type of thing. At this point the money I make will be going toward helping my parents with bills and my tuition... and I'm really out of luck. If anyone is looking to commission someone I would really really appreciate it if you considered me. I know, I'm grubbing for money, but just a little bit of income would help so much, even if you just want a four dollar chibi it would mean the world to me. Finally, classes are over and I'm home for the summer. I've been home for about a week and a half, and I've started drawing once more ^^ As always I really appreciate your support in this and I feel that now I'm a bit better with anatomy and such as I've taken a few classes on it. Painting also went very well and I'm hoping to get a few of those up before the week is out.

There's not a lot of other news besides telling you about where I'm living next year! I'm actually very excited, I'm in a mansion and two other friends, and myself (in a quad) have a quarter of the entire first floor to ourselves It's got a fireplace, a wall of windows and another wall of shelves perfect for TV, videogames, movies, art supplies! Oh and you know... books and things.....

Okay, I must admit that I really like this deviantHEART thing. It made me laugh when I started it and honestly I'm still laughing. (In a good way) I think it's a great way to bring the community closer together, I'm already speaking with someone xD I know it's an April Fools joke, but it's fun and I like it! You hit this one out of the park dA!!

Other news? Um, let me think, I'm still working on finishing chapter 2 of TPD.... I have so many 3 hour studio classes at the university that by the time I get back to my dorm the last thing I want to do is draw. So apologies, but I will correct that soon. I'm almost done with my freshmen year. Holy God....

And thanks very much to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! 19 feels a bit old, but I can make it work I bought a corset on Corset-Story for my birthday and it's beautifully steampunk ^^ I love it so hopefully I'll be throwing a picture of it up soon

Thanks everyone for supporting me, you guys are fabulous and I promise I'll jump right back on TPD and other artwork as soon as I stop breathing in oil paint fumes and charcoal in my classes
